How to Buy Tickets:

• Add Tickets to Your Cart
  Select the number of tickets you need, then click on “Get Tickets” to add them to your cart.

• Apply Coupon
  Once your tickets are in the cart, you’ll have the option to enter a Coupon Code. If you have one, simply enter it and click “Apply Coupon” to apply the discount automatically.

• Provide Attendee Information
  After adding tickets and applying your coupon, click “Proceed to Attendee Information” to enter the details for each delegate in the Attendee Registration page. Fill in all required fields and go to the bottom of the page, click “Save & Checkout” to continue.

• Checkout
  On the Checkout page, verify that the ticket quantity, price, and attendee details are correct before making your payment.

  • Provide the billing details of the payer. If you need any additional information on the invoice, include it in the Order Notes section.
  • For EU-based customers, VAT will be applied. However, if you have a valid EU VAT number, enter it to qualify for a 0% VAT rate for EU companies. If the VAT number is valid, the VAT should automatically update to zero. If not, please contact us before completing your purchase.
  • Before finalizing your order, agree to the Terms & Conditions, select your preferred payment method, and complete the transaction.

Once everything is confirmed, you can complete your purchase by making your payment. Shortly after your purchase, you will receive two emails: one with your tickets and another with your receipt.
